Yes the best time of the year has arrived. Taste of Saskatchewan. So I say over lunch on Tues, "Taste of Saskatchewan is here", to which the boys reply "Taste of Saskatchewan! Robin is back!?". That is right. Robin and Taste of Saskatchewan are interlinked at my home. It is very good. Robin is coming home. The boys are counting down. Excitement is on the rise. Yay!
Today I am feeling like the world is stupid;which it is, but having acknowledged that I wish in my childish way that it would stop and go back to making sense. This world is not my home. I'm just a passing through...The angel beacons me from heaven's open door, and I can't feel at home in this world anymore. Stupid world. Stupid people. Be with me Lord. I cannot live without Thee. Arrrrrrrrrrrrgh!
There seems to be a lot of shock going around. Isn't it good this world isn't our home? Sometimes it's just not all that much fun. Heaven will be so much better.
ReplyDeleteIt's too bac that I'm missing Taste of Saskatchewan. What is the deep fried goodie this year? Tell the boys 15 days. As for the hamburgers, smoked cheddar or gouda, I think both. Why not? Can you go wrong with that combination? I think not.

I didn't get a chance to introduce you to my 4 that were there, but maybe next time. haha, I didn't mean snoop....that sounded weird, but we grew up together! You guys all still have a big piece in my heart. I still rememeber monica and melissa investing time into me at WCC. Of course, back then I needed all the help I could get LOL....But God is faithful and I've been so blessed to see how He has worked in all of you through these blogs! He is worthy! Take care girlie
